1978 - Movies
This was a cracking year for Movies but somehow we've managed to pick all
the most morose ones. Wyn chooses Dawn of the Dead, Craig picks
Watership Down and someone that looks like a lot like Lee points us
towards Invasion of the Bodysnatchers. Thank the lord for Jo, for coming
to save the day is Superman.

Cindy's Christmas Quest
That 1963 Show - Cindy's Christmas Quest.
#It's Christmastime...and there's a need to be afraid...
The only mince pies in this podcast are the ones we cast over music, TV and movies: all years and eras under the tree this time out.
Anyway the fab festive foursome fly Tangent Air once more and unwrap the cultural Christmas touchstones of our respective youths to determine which songs are cracking, crazy or just plain crap.
Oh, and a Very Merry Christmas to all of you at home!

1990 - Movies
This time we have mostly been watching Movies. Craig picks Goodfellas
with extra cheese. Lee has had a memory implant and picks Total Recall.
Wyn has chosen Tremors, which is nice and Jo recommends a film with lots
of men in uniforms, The Hunt for Red October. Fasten your seatbelts for
another ride on tangential airways...

2006 - Torchwood Special
After much sloshing about in space/time, the rift has dropped the boys
back into 2006 for a special, nay affectionate, retrospective of
Torchwood (mainly because we forgot to record it at the time- we were
tripping on retcon - mmm, tastes like raspberries...)
Gwen in police uniform, Jack’s arse, Owen’s pouting and Ianto’s coffee are just some of the things we don't talk about in this rambling review of RTD’s 'other' big mid-noughties show.
All is not lost however, as we’re joined by a special, increasingly recurring, guest presenter who does their best (but fails) to rein in the anarchy that is That 1963 Show – the podcast that’s a fixed point in time…which might explain why we don't have a regular release schedule…

1969 - The Impossible Booze Up
Just in time (ahem) for the start of the second half of series 6 of
Doctor Who the boys take a butchers at the first half. We also take a
trip down amnesia lane and play some excerpts from recordings made at
the series 6 premiere party at the One Tun pub in old London Town. These
were recorded in a busy pub so sound quality varies - you have been
warned.
Caution! Alcohol may have been involved.
A huge thanks to Rob, Tony, Jo and Sophie for allowing us to stick a microphone in their faces and press record.
The music in this episode:
I Want to Take You Higher - Sly and the Family Stone (album - Stand)
Good Times Bad Times - Led Zepplin (album Led Zepplin 1)
The End - The Beatles (album Abbey Road)
All classic albums from 1969 and well worth your consideration.
